The key component of our free Self-Guided Coaching is what we call your Summit Journey. We call it yours because you are the creator - it's your thoughts, your explorations and your learnings that will define how you shape this area and how it will mirror your journey to figuring out what you want and how to get it. Within your Summit Journey you will find:

  • The Summit Journey Pyramid
The foundation of this pyramid is your Personal Values. Built upon the strength of your Values are your Goals, Mission, Vision and Purpose, and each directly incorporates what you determine to be your most important values. Your Values, Purpose, Mission and Vision will help you get a clear picture of what you want for yourself. Your Goals and Key Activities are what will get you what you want. Within each section is space for you to discover, acknowledge and evolve through your writing.

  • Notebooks
If you need additional space, or a separate area, to explore your thoughts or filter what you'd like to place within your Summit Journey pyramid sections, we provide three Notebooks for you. They are entitled My Journal, My Learnings and My Explorations. Write down in detail how you feel, what you've learned or why you've chosen to take a certain path. By having an area where your words can flow freely, you'll be able to thoroughly explore what you want in your heart.

  • My Accomplishments
This section is front and center on your Summit Journey main page for a reason. We find that often our most harsh critic is our self, and the little voice inside may not always say kind words. By giving yourself credit for what you've achieved today - no matter how big or small the feat - we hope that voice will create a new habit of being kinder and more supportive of you.

  • My Lists and My Notes
We believe it's important to have organizational tools that support your Summit Journey work. Within the My Lists and My Notes sections you can clarify and arrange the minor (or even major) tasks that will help accomplish daily activities. This might be where you leave yourself reminders for how you plan to work through key activities within each of your goals. No matter what you choose to do within My Lists and My Notes, centralizing these components will likely take your journey to a whole new level.
